Why Sanitize?

Bacteria, mold, mildew, fungi and yeasts are everywhere in our everyday environment. The moisture that forms in the heating and air conditioning ductwork, cooling coils, drip pans and humidifers creates an ideal environment for the growth of these micro-organisms.

Not all sanitizers are created equal

Our sanitizer is registered by the EPA specifically for the sanitation and deodorization of HVAC systems and ductwork. When applied to a pre-cleaned system, our sanitizer is extremely effective in reducing the harmful potential associated with this microbial contamination.

Our sanitizer

• Unlike other chemical products, does not leave an active chemical residue.
• After treatment, it quickly degrades to non-volatile compounds.
• Has been tested and proven effective against a broad spectrum of microorganisms.
• Possesses a low toxicity category assigned by the EPA ( category III).
• Does not mask odors. It eliminates them.
• Eliminates odors from smoking, cooking, and those from pets.
