The Process

Improving the air you breathe begins with removing the contaminants from your air ducts and unit. Our process goes many steps further than our competitors to insure that your air is as clean as possible.

1. Check the condition of each vent in your air duct system.
2. Start your system to verify proper working condition.
3. Place your air duct system under negative air pressure using our portable, 20 horsepower vacuum.
4. Remove, wash and sanitize each register and grill.
5. Hand clean the register housing.
6. Sweep each duct line down to the plenum using high pressure air tools that scrub the inside of the ducts. This includes all return and supply ducts.
7. Sanitize all duct lines.
8. Remove and clean blower motor.
9. Furnace blower compartment is vacuumed and hand-wiped.
10. Return is vacuumed and sanitized.
11. Electronic air cleaners and washable air filters are cleaned, disposable filters are replaced.
12. Furnace doors are hand cleaned.
13. System is cycled and purged.
14. Replace any moved furniture.
15. Thorough clean-up of job site.
